DAO STRUCTURE

As the Dead King Society flourishes in the coming weeks and months, the DKS team will work to put into place a DAO governance structure that will allows holders to vote on important matters as the Dead King Society Council. One Dead King will provide one vote representation towards Council voting matters, and further details will be made available, if and when, the DAO governance structure is implemented. We believe that certain matters should receive community input for paving the Dead King Society’s path forward, including aspects of the project roadmap, future tools and services to be built for the Dead Kings Ecosystem, future auction timelines, collaborations and partnerships and enhancements and fixes to existing systems and products. In the rare case of a tie vote, we will consult the Royal Signet holders to collectively act as one tie-breaking vote to determine the proposition’s outcome.

The Dead King Society will be a project of abundance and growth driven by active, forward-thinking individuals with the common goal of creating wealth through owning and holding a Dead King Society NFT. Gaining entry into the Dead King Society will introduce holders to investment opportunities and sustainable income streams through product and service innovation in the Solana ecosystem by our core project development team, all of whom will work tirelessly to establish a fundamentally sound project. The Dead King Society will also bring together community veterans, industry professionals and other brilliant minds to establish the foundation of what will become our greatest asset - the Dead Kings Community. After all, the most valuable component of any NFT project is the one that cannot be easily coded or quantified - our community.
